retained and placed on record at this Ministry,

while the other copy has been transmitted to the

Canton-Kowloon Railway Administration to be

preserved for purposes of reference. This Mini8-

try has already received a reply fromthe Railway

Administration stating that they have duly received

their copy and will preserve it for purposes of re-

ference."
